Helpline volunteers needed
Family Lives is a national charity that works with parents and families through a free online and local parenting courses and a confidential 24 hour national helpline.
Is this the role for you? If you are a good listener, a parent, are willing to learn new skills and can offer 4 hours a week, you might concider volunteering on Family Lives helpline. You don’t need any formal qualifications as you will be provided with extensive training and on-going supervision. You’ll gain new skills, make great friends and have the reward of knowing that your skills have helped someone through a really difficult time.
